Returns and refunds

Need to make a return? Find the essentials and contact us here.

14 days to withdraw

You have 14 days after delivery to notify us of your withdrawal, without giving a reason, then another 14 days to send the mousepad back. Withdrawal does not require our prior approval.

Trying the mousepad and its condition

You may inspect and try the mousepad as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We inspect returns on receipt. Loss of value caused by handling beyond this, including resulting stains or damage, may lead to a proportionate, justified deduction, provided the legally required withdrawal information was supplied. We explain any deduction with supporting evidence. Simply opening the packaging is not grounds for refusing a return.

Photos and videos are optional. They can help us process your request but are not a condition of withdrawal. Send them to support@aimscientist.com.

Costs and refunds

For a change of mind, you pay the direct return shipping costs. When the whole order is withdrawn, we also refund the original standard delivery cost, excluding any extra cost for a more expensive delivery option you chose. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost to you.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Any justified reduction in value is taken into account.

Defects and signed mousepads

These conditions do not affect your statutory guarantee. Contact us about faulty or non-conforming goods for a remedy at no cost in accordance with your rights. Signed mousepads have the same withdrawal policy as unsigned mousepads.
